O.C. SWRF INFL Pump Station Orlando, FL
Providing labor for installing concrete on the influent pump station. Building is approximately 40’ below grade, 60 feet wide by 95 feet long, consists of a base slab, exterior and interior walls, columns, fillets, and a top slab. Building will be assembled with gang formwork and poured using concrete pumps. The building is approximately 4110 CY of concrete.
RCID LS No. 8 Replacement Orlando, FL
Complete rehab of existing triplex wet well with FRP liner, pumps, piping, diesel backup pump, precast electrical building along with (4) new FRP manholes in existing influent lines.
Brevard Lift Station S-20 Replacement Satellite Beach, FL
Install a new precast lift station, complete and convert the existing station to a flow-through manhole. New electrical service and RTU.
OCU WRF Flow Meter Improvements Orlando, FL
For this project, we put together four flow meter assemblies. We also swapped out the sodium hypochlorite lines and handled the electrical and instrumentation work. The floc tank and its equipment were on the demo list, as was the existing scrubber with its piping and concrete pad. We also took down the current sludge storage tank. Plus, we replaced the pumps and accessories at the North Lift Station and moved them to the South Lift Station, updating everything with new accessories.
